By accessing or using the PDF To Card Portal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a utility tool designed to help users convert, format, and resize existing digital documents (such as PDFs or images) into print-ready formats (like A4 or CR80 PVC sizes). We are NOT affiliated with any government agency or official body. We do not issue official documents. We only provide formatting templates to make printing easier.

3. User Responsibility and Absolute Liability

You, the user, bear 100% full responsibility and liability for any data you input, any documents you upload, and any files you generate using this Service.

• The Service must not be used to create forged, fake, or illegal documents.
• The Service must not be used to manipulate official data or commit fraud.
• Some templates provided may not be officially approved layouts by the issuing authorities and are provided purely for printing convenience. Using them as official identification is done entirely at your own risk.
• We do not verify the authenticity of the documents you upload or the data you enter.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PDF To Card Portal and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party or violated any laws regarding document forgery or fraud.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
